Went here early this morning to grab breakfast. After I ordered, I started to the restroom to wash but I was informed the restrooms were closed. So I inquired about coming behind the counter to wash at the sink immediately behind the counter and was told that I was not allowed behind the counter. I asked about hand sanitizer or wipes and was told that they were out. Really????!!!!

The space is small service was pretty quick but the lady screaming behind the counter was super annoying. The bathroom was kind of gross and had little flies coming out of the urinal hope they clean this place up. I just threw out my hash brown because it taste like five month old oil and I don’t want to get sick

US McDonalds are quite different from the ones I have been in the UK. No self-service automated screens and I had to wait a long time for my order to be served. Having said that the order was freshly cooked, hot and delicious! Also you can refill your soft drinks as often as you liked during your visit - UK please take note! One other odd observation was the number of security guards, I have never seen one before in a UK McDonalds.

McDonald’s is the most popular burger place in the whole wide world.Anytime I go to McDonald’s, I always check the app to see if there’s any discounts or deals. There’s almost always some sort of deal that is always going on at McDonald’s so when you check the app make sure you look and see which deals are there, they always have buy one get one free specials, or discounted drinks. I always use the app.As far as the food goes it is average. But the price is so cheap that you can’t pass it up.

Staff is very friendly, food is same as all other McDonald, Restroom was clean. Best location as it is in the middle of strip road. On both sides it have hotels and casino and in front also The Miraj hotel & Resort is there. For New Year celebration also it is center of the location... It was best decision for enjoy the celebration of New Year 2020 from there.... Loved it...

It is a McDonald's on the Vegas strip! Cheap fast food that you would expect from McDonald's. No parking, no drive thru. Upstairs with limited seating. Often busy but they stay fully staffed to get food ready fast. Sometimes the line to order stretches to the door.

Nice McDonald's in Vegas. I was actually greeted by a very friendly staff member there, more than I have ever gotten in any McDonald's. The sitting area is also clean and nice.

Visited this Mcdonald's location a few times during my time in Las Vegas. This location was always busy and difficult to get a table. Service was fast and food quality was okay. I would visit the Mcdonald's location if I was in the area

I liked it. Busy given its position and the additional fun of slightly different menu items to the UK. I am.told the big mac tasted the same and I hope it isn't too long before the uk gets buttermilk fried chicken burger, delicious

It's a busy McDonald's, the service is not the best, not much courtesy, people working here seem sad and not all the time things work properly or are clean as they should be. They need to jack up the quality of the presentation and do something for the staff. You guys are on the strip of Vegas, there's so much room for improvement.

I came here to get a quick bite before our conversation got going in the morning and came 4 times while I was in Vegas. The location was a nice 10 minute walk from the Palazzo and in the shade in the morning even though it was summer, temperature wasn't bad. The line moves pretty quickly and the staff had people pointing customers to different lines which helped. The staff got food out quickly and efficiently. I would come back, but probably only for breakfast since there are so many options in Vegas.

The staff had to take orders manually as the tills were down. The management should be better prepared for such cases. The staff were outstanding and adapted to the pressure, kudos to the staff. A mouthy female security guard seemed to be bossing the staff around telling them what to do. Didnt look like it was her role. I probably won't go back.

Staff was rude. Ordered a medium fry and they hardly filled it up. So I had to ask them to fill it... Will never go here again. There's a McDonald's downtown in the plaza is better.

This is one of the coolest McDonald's in Las Vegas. It has a upstairs a elevator & escalator. I like the upstairs it used have old film actress & actors on the wall decor but has been renovated. It's right on the Strip so if you want McDonald's while walking the strip here it is.

I went here to grab a quick bite to eat, no more than 10 minutes after I finished my food I was approached by the security guard asking me to leave the premises as I was finished eating. He completely embarrassed me in front of a crowd of people. This is not professional at all and I will not be returning !!

Had one of thier holiday coupons for a free milk (no additional requirements as I paid for the coupon in the first place from them. But they didn't want to honor it without me buying something. The cashier was inept so the line was huge. He then called the manager and pretty much implied to the manager not to accept it even though they both read the coupon and the management was busy but she really didn't have to be so rude. Just cuz thier in a busy location they don't need to make it so obvious that they don't care about the general customer.

You standard Golden Arches right in the middle of the Vegas strip!Luckily this location has standard prices, so a welcome relief from Vegas inflated pricing.It's always busy here, but they handle the crowds very well. Plenty of extra seating upstairs.

Your typical McDonald's with quite fast service. They still don't have those machines which allow you to order and pay for your meal and drinks via touch screen thing, but it's ok I guess. Sometimes it is crowded in here, because it is on the Strip.

Disappointed, hot tea not pleasant, didn't have frappe flavours like chocolate. Latte medium only half filled. Hash browns oily. Not the best Maccas to eat at. Even if you are on a budget!
